3. I was born in Iberstad, Norway on September 17, 1890. My race is Scandinavian.
4. I declared my intention to become a citizen of the United States on February 5th, 1923, in the U.S. District Court of Oregon, at Portland, Oregon.
5. I am married. The name of my wife is Hilda. We were married on Jan 23, 1915 at Portland, Oregon ; she was born at Borkenes, Norway on Feb 15, 1885 ; entered the United States at New York, N.Y. on Apr 2, 1909 for permanent residence therein, and now resides at Portland, Oregon. I have three children, and the name, date and place of birth and place of residence of each of said children are as follows:
