Josiah Fisher m. (2) 1 Sep 1693 Joanna Morse, d/o Ezra Morse and Joanna Hoare, b. abt. 1674, d. --- [but presumably before 15 Feb 1697 when he married his third wife Abigail Greenwood].

Joannah Fishar deceased October 16, 1694.
[Many sources ascribe this date date to Joanna, the widow of Anthony Fisher. If the widow of Anthony Fisher married George Barber, as is sometimes reported, this cannot be her. But there seems to be evidence pointing both ways on that. There is nothing in the death record as printed to indicate the husband or age, so it is not clear whether it applies to the wife of Josiah Fisher who we know probably died before 1696 allowing for mourning, or the widow of Anthony Fisher.]

  3. Presumably, this estimated birth date of 1674 is based on parent's marriage in 1670, followed by son Ezra's birth in 28 Jan 1671/72, and son Nathaniel's birth 3 Oct 1676. Given Joanna's marriage in 1693, one would expect her birth by 1675 to be of legal age, and 1674 would be about middle of the gap between the two brothers, in which gap her birth would need to occur to accomplish this.
