Hi Diane ..I sure do appreciate the info in your last email ... I have found the graves for Jesse C. Hertsell and Jesse E. Hertsell along with Jesse E.'s infant daughter Rita Burnadette Hertsell ...They are all buried in Cass County at the Miami Baptist Church Cemetery in Old Adamsboro ... I know that 1817 Jesse Hertsel's son Lewis H. is in the 1907 Logansport city directory as a Boiler Washer ..He is not in the 1908 directory ... I am curious why with such a large family in those days why I can't seem to find many Hertsel's in current phone directories ...There are none in Columbia City that I can find ... I am still looking hard for info to put all of this together ... Thanks for your help ... Have a great holiday season .... Dave
