Josiah, son of Saml & Ales Bass, [baptized] Jany 6, 1760. [Note: it is assumed this was transcribed as Josiah because the compiler did not recognized "Jeriah". But the marriage record in 1783 to Lucretia Savil gives his name as Jeriah, and it would make sense that his father would name a child after his brother.]
