On 17 July 1718 "Joana Tinkham" swore to inventory "of her late husband Jeremiah Tinkham dec'd". 24 Jun 1720: "The Settlement of the Estate of Jeremiah Tinkham Late of Middleborrough in the County of Plymouth deceased Intestate. ... The said deceased Leaving only his Widdow & Three Children viz Joana Jeremiah & Ebenezer, which Children the s'd Widdow Joana Tinkham having brought up and maintained since the decease of her said Husband ... therefore ... the whole of the afores'e Estate ... unto the afores'd Widdow Joana Tinkham ...".
