His will, dated 13 Apr. and 24 Nov., 1773, mentions wife, Hannah; son Thomas; son Jeremiah; son Nathaniel to have the dwelling-house; children of son Jonathan, dec'd; daughter Sarah Hidden; grandson Jeremiah Hidden; sons Thomas and Nathaniel, executors. Administration, with will annexed, granted to 'two grandsons,' Edward Ellsworth of Littleton and David Ellsworth of Rowley, as both executors are dead (Essex Probate, 353:362)."
