FAIRHOPE, AL. YOUNG, JR Jennings Bryan Young, Jr., Age 64, a native of Mobile, AL and a resident of Fairhope, AL for the past twenty-seven years died Friday, May 11, 2007 at a local health care facility. J.B. was a graduate of Vigor High School where he was the star pitcher for the Wolves Baseball Team. He was a self taught fiddle and guitar player, and square dance caller. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years with a honorable discharge. He was employed by Scott Paper Company for over thirty years and retired in 2000 as a pipefitter/mechanic. He is survived by his wife, Jennie Ross Young of Fairhope, AL; three daughters, Shannon (Dean) Works of Auburn, AL, Karen (Kerry) McDonald of Fairhope, AL, and Jan (Tony) Williams of Fairhope, AL; two sons, Mike Tilley of Fairhope, AL and John M. (Kelly) Tilley of Atlanta, GA; three brothers, Franklin D. Young of Stockbridge, GA, Douglas A. Young of Mobile, AL, and Thomas S. (Beth) Young of Pelham, AL; three sisters, Margie Y. (Bill) Howell of Stockbridge, GA, Martha Y. (Earl) DeMouy of Mobile, AL, and Sharon Y. (John) Swartz of Long Boat Key, FL; nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 14, 2007 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home from 10:00 am until time of the service at 11:00am in the chapel, with interment to follow in the Colony Cemetery, Fairhope, AL.
