Jennie M. Todd, 82, Bradner, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2004, in Blake ly Care Center in North Baltimore. Mrs. Todd was born Sept. 25, 1921, in Hoytville to David and Jennie (Wheel er) Mapes. She married Elbert E. Todd on Feb. 6, 1948, in Bradner. Those who survive are her husband; one son, Cletus Stoepfel, Jr. of Celin a; one daughter, Shirley Kline of Deshler; one brother, David Mapes; eig ht grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchild ren. She was predeceased by her parents; two sons, Ray E. and Gerald L. Todd; f our brothers, Noah, Alva, Charles, and James Todd; and one sister, Thel ma Mapes. Mrs. Todd was a homemaker who loved animals, sewing, fishing and writing p oetry about animals. Visitation was held Tuesday, March 23, 2004, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p. m. at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne. Memorials may be made to Albert Bowe American Legion Post #338 Auxilia ry in Bradner, or Children’s AWANA Bible Study Club at Bowling Green Allia nce Church.
