Jessie Seaman of Babylon, Suffolk Co. Emma W. Seaman of Babylon, Suffolk Co. James M. Seaman residing at 67 Jarvis Place, Lynbrook, Nassau Co. Lillian B. Seaman residing at 67 Jarvis Place, Lynbrook, Nassau Co. Witnessed by Frederic Kropp, residing in the Village of Wantagh, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau Notarized by Harold Seaman Kropp, Notary Public, Nassau Co. A copy of this deed was contributed by Tom Watson, former President of the Wantagh Preservation Society who currently owns and resides on a portion of the property.
