    Contents:
    (a) Henry Bridger of Ashurst, gent. and (b) Richard Bridger, gent., son and heir apparent.
    (1) (b) is granted house, its contents, farm and stock at Ashurst and
    (2) Divers lands by No. SHR/330 below for a portion on his marriage to Frances, daughter of Walter Burrell, esq.; in consideration for which:
    (3) (b) is to pay Frances, Adria and Jane, daughters of (a), £1000 each on marriage or coming of age, and to maintain and educate them.
    (4) If (a) should die within next year, (b) is to pay £300 to brothers Henry and James to be divided equally, if within 2 years them £200, or 3 years then £100.
    (5) (b) is to pay for board and schooling of brother James for next 1½ years.
    (6) (b) shall indemnify (a) concerning any agreements between the latter and Richard Juppe about a messuage and lands called Godsmarks.
