Maybe this is the correct James M. Wright but have found no marriage record. And the occupation of saddler is quite different from his normal occupation - but then so is war.

This 1870 census is a bit of a puzzler - this appears to be James, the carpenter but no marriage record has been found for him and no earlier record of Adelia or Mary. Are they daughters or other relatives that are living with him?
