    Will of "James Snow Sen'r of ye Towne of Lancaster ... yeoman", dated 28 Jan 1708/9, proved 8 Jul 1709, names wife Sarah; two sons namely James & Hezekiah, my eldest Son namely James Snow, Hezekiah my youngest Son, Daughter Mary Snow, Daughter Abigail Lakin, Daughter Lydia Buttler, Daughter Sarah Stow, two sons to take care of My Brother In Law John Jaquith. Wife Sarah and son James to be executors.

    1 JAMES2 SNOW (Richard1), born say 1643; died probably in Lancaster, Mass., between 28 January 1708/9 and 8 July 1709, the writing and proving of his will married there about 1670 SARAH2 JAQUITH, born in the 1640s, living 1708/9 when she is named in her husband's will, daughter of ABRAHAM1 and ANN (JORDAN) JAQUITH. Sarah received one eight part of her father's woodland in Woburn. James was also provided for in the will of his father, who bequeathed him three parcels of land and rights in timber ownership in Woburn. James died in his sixties less than a year after he wrote his will, suffering from "frailty and Infirmity."
