    3 Oct 1814: "I Elizabeth Read of Cambridge in said County, widow, hereby certify to your Honor, that I am the widow of James Read late of said Cambridge, gentleman, deceased, intestate; ...leaving James Read of said Cambridge, inn-holder, his only child and heir ... said James Read, the son of said deceased, is in my opinion, a suitable person for that trust [being administrator]."
