Court Record, Page 132—5 June, 1750: The last nuncupative will of James Miller, late of Wethersfield decd., was now exhibited in Court and proven, and by this Court approved and ordered to be recorded and kept on file, and is there recorded.

Wethersfield, 17 April, 1750.
John Welles the 2nd, Ebenezer Griswold and Jacob Dix, all personally appeared before me the subscriber and made oath that in the night next after the 15th day of April inst., being at the dwelling house of James Miller, late of sd. Wethersfield decd., they heard the sd. Miller declare, some hours before his death, that it was his will that his then wife Eunice should have all the estate that she brought when they married together. And that when he so declared, he was, in their opinion, of sound mind and memory.

At a Court of Probate held at Hartford, 7th June, 1750: Then the witnesses to the above written note made oath to the truth thereof before this Court. Test: Joseph Talcott, Clerk.
Page 133—5 June, 1750: The inventory of the estate of James Miller, late of Wethersfield decd., was now exhibited in Court by William Miller, Adms., which inventory is accepted, ordered to be recorded and kept on file.
Page 26 (Vol. XVI) 4 June, 1751: An account of Adms. was now exhibited in Court by William Miller, Adms. Accepted. Sd. Adms. moves for a distribution: Whereupon this Court appoint Joseph Southmayd, William Rockwell and John Hubbard distributors. Inventory, £853-05-06; paid in debts and charges, £423-10-01; there remains for distribution, £429-15-05, as follows:
