In 1820 and 1830 NC census, a James Holeman appears in Rowan county. In 1820, him and his wife are over 45, 1 son age 16-18, 2 sons 18-26, 2 daughters 10-16, 1 daughter 16-26. If this is the same person then some children are missing on my records.
