There is a James Coker enumerated in the 1820 census in Walton County, Georgia. Slight possibility that this is the same James Coker, but further research necessary. James Coker is enumerated in the 1830 U. S. census in Henry County, Georgia; he is possibly a son of Isaac Coker, but further research necessary. Isaac, Elijah and Henry Coker are enumerated on page 243 and James Coker is enumerated on page 223.
