James L. Brothers

James L. (Ted) Brothers, 58, of St. Marys died Aug. 4, 2005, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.

He was born May 29, !947, in Schultz, Pleasants County, W.Va., a son of the late Josiah Theodore and Alicetine Maston Brothers. He graduated from St. Marys High School in 1965, was a member of Boilermakers' Local 667, and was retired. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his wife, Fonda Higgins Brothers; two sons, Theodore Wesley Brothers and his wife, Sabrina, of Waverly and John Alan Brothers and his girl friend, Denise Gray, of St. Marys; one daughter, Terri Barnhart and her husband, Ronald, of St. Marys; four grandchildren, Josie Breanne Brothers of Waverly, Colton James and Jenna O'Neale Barnhart of St. Marys and Brooklynn S. Holdren of Newport, Ohio; and one brother, Lowell Douglas Brothers of St. Marys.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, James L. Brothers Jr.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Pastor Tim Nichols officiating. Burial will be in the Willow Island Cemetery, Willow Island, W.Va. Calling hours will be 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Saturday and 1-2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
