  3.   The docket for case 8421 says the will is missing. Source:Smith, Dean Crawford. Ancestry of Eva Belle Kempton 1878-1908, Part 2, p. 69, says the will was unrecorded and "is not in its file folder, so we are left to wonder at its contents". Yet Source:Bardeen, William A. Barden - Bardeen Genealogy, p. 16, claims his will "mentions ten children". It is unknown how this was determined.
