    Will of "James Ball of Warwick ... Yeoman", dated 7 Sep 1835, proved 21 Jun 1836, names daughter Lydia R. [unmarried]; son Henry; son Joseph; son James; heirs of Clarrissa Gale Deceased. Son Henry to be executor.

Town of Warwick, Franklin County, Massachusetts, Genealogical Records 1739-1900, Births, Marriages, gets confused by the record of the son who died in infancy and thinks it is this James that dies, while she shows the one who died as the one who survives. But the birth record does not name the second child, and Allred herself gives the death of James as 24 Apr 1836, age 77, which works out to a birth in 1759, not the 2 Jul 1761 she shows, which appears to be a fudging of the recorded death on 20 Jul 1761 to force the death to precede the birth of the second son.
