James ANTRAM of the Township of Mansfield and county of In the West Division of New Jersey, yeoman, being attended with mutch weakness infirmity of body but thanks be to God of sound Perfect mind and memory do make ordain & put in writing this my last Will and, testament in manner & form following:

First principly of all I give it & my Body I commit to the Earth buried in a Christian like & decent manner at the discretion of Executors hereafter named and as touching the Discretion of All Such worldly estate as It hath pleased the lord to bestow or bless me with this life I give devise & bequeath thereof as following

Item: My Will is all that my Just Debts be truly paid & funneral charges defrayed.

Is my mind & will & so do by virture of thes presents devise and bequeath unto my two sons (Vis) JOHN ANTRAM & JAMES ANTRAM all that farm & plantation where on I now dwell & Inhabit to be divided. as herein is mentioned that is to Say I give & bequeath unto my Son that part of my plantation ware of he is now settled next adjoyning Thomas POTTSS land to hold him his Heirs & agents forever with a part of meadowland and at a place caled the great meadow and that part of the and next adjoying JOHN BECKS land upon which Bequeathed as aforesaid I order my son JOHN ANTRAM to pay unto my Daughter ELIZABETH GARWOOD the now wife of JOSEPH GARWOOD the Just & full Sume of twenty pounds of good curent lawful Money of Now Jersey Within four ears after My Decase then I Will bequeath unto my a" JAMES ANTRAM. the other part of my plantation next adjoying the Tallsmans land with all of the Buildings & Improvements thereunto belonging to hold till him his Heirs and assigns forever with the other part of my meadow land at Great Meadow upon thes considerations or conditions that he pay unto his Sister MARY the now Wife of THOMAS BIIDDLE the just full Some of Twenty Pounds curent Money as aforesaid any time also within four years after my Decease.

It is my mind Will that my plantation & farm be divided between my Two sons in manner as followeth, that is to Say the Division line $hall begin at a certain Spanish Oak Standing in the line of my land next adjoying toJOSEPH SHREEVES land four chaines and three Rods to the northward of corner of Said Shreeves land and from thence it runs Southeasterly Twenty Six degrees nine chaines and thirty links to a corner of Said Shreeves land and from thence it runs Southeasterly Six degrees nine chaines and thirty links to a corner From thence South Easterly forty-nine degrees across the Plantation and as to my Meadow land at the great Meadow it is my mide & Will that it be Divided s followeth, to begin at a certain peach Tree in the line next ISAAC ANTRIM land about Sum of Seven chaines ten links to the Westward of this Easterly corner of land adjoying & runs from thence near north a cross the land by a line of marked Trees to the other Side of my Meadow and as to my household good chatles & person Estate, I give dispose there of as followeth.

I give & bequeath unto my wife MARY ANTRAM Two Cows and Six sheep for hur to enjoy & dispose of She Shall See meet & convenient them all of the rest & residue of My personal Estate I give & bequeath to My Son JAMES ANTRAM that he may carefully & Honamerable Mentain is mother MARY ANTRAM during, hur life. In all convience necessary

for support of life as long as She Shal.1 Live and also for paying of my Just Debts, funeral Expenses and I do constitute nominate apoint my said two sons (vis) JOHN ANTRAM and JAMES ANTRAM to be my only & Sole excourtors of this my last Will Testament revoking & making nul & void all former & other wills by me Maid & Making this & only this to be my last Will & Testament,

In Witness Where of The Said James Antram hath here unto Set his hand & Seal this Twenty ninth day of December anno Dni one thousand Seven Hundre Thirty-six. JAMES ANTRAM his ( ) Mark With a (Seal) Signed. Sealed published pronounced & Declared by the Said Testator to be his last Will & Testament in the presance of

John Aaronson & Isaac Decou Medtins two of The Witness to the Within Will Subscribed Being duly affirmed did declare that they Saw JAMES ANTRAM the Testator Within named Signed & Seal the Same & herd him publish pronounce and declare the Within Written Instrument to be his last Will testament & that at the doing There of Thesed Testator Was of Sound and disposing mind memory understanding So far as they know & as they verly belive & that at the same Richard, Gibbs & William Satterthwait Jun the other Subscrib Evidence wore present Sigened there names as Witness to the Within Will Together with thes affirmed. In presant of the Testator offirmed at Burlington. the Seventhwenth day of November (1739) before me JOSEPPH R0SE, Surrogate,

be it Remembered that the last Will and Testament of JAMES ANTRAM Dec'ed having him duly approved as afforsaid probate letters Testamentary wore granted by his Excellency LEWIS MORRIS. Governor of New Jersey unto

JOHN ANTRAM and JAMES ANTRAM the Ex thorein named being duly affirmed well and truly to perform the Said Will to exhibit a true & perfect Ext render a Just acco when lawfully required given under Prerogative Seal of the Province of Burln the Sixth day of December (1736) Pm.
