He Dyd of ye small Pox. … Jacob Chamberlain of Chelmsford, removed to Malden with his father Edmund in 1670, and both went later to Roxbury about 1677; he was freeman at Roxbury 22 Mar. 1689-90 [18 April 1690] (N. E. H. & G. R. III:348)."
