    JACK W. HACKETT, TRAIL LAWYER IN FALLS
    Services for Jack W. HACKETT, 86, a trail lawyer who practiced law for more than 60 years in Niagara Falls, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in LaSalle Park Chapel of Redanz Funeral Home, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls. Burial will be in Riverdale Cemetery.
    Hackett, a native of Niagara Falls and a resident of Lewiston for 43 years, died Saturday (Dec. 25,1993) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital after apparently suffering a heart attack. He was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School, the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School. For many years, he was a partner in the law firm of Findlay, Hackett, Reid and Wattengel. He was a partner with his son Glenn S. in the law firm of Hackett & Hackett for the past eight years.
    Hackett had been active in the Democratic Party and was a delegate to the 1952 Democratic National Convention. He was a former member of Niagara Falls Country Club and the Niagara Club.
    Besides his son Glenn of Lewiston, survivors include his wife of 56 years, the former Mary Burbee, another son, James W. of Orlando Fla., eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
