12 May 1684: To the Hon'd Oliver Prescott Esq'r Judge of Probate for the County of Middlesex - Sir these may inform your Hon that I Mary Brigham Widow of Ithamer Brigham of Marlbor[o] late Dece'd am unwilling and wholly decline to undertake Administ[e]ring upon the Estate of my late Husband left Intestate - and I do therefore recommend Ithamer Brigham his Eldest son as a fit person and request Your Hon'r would Grant him the power of Administration upon said Estate. And you'd Greatly Oblige Your [Humble Servant?] Mary Brigham. Marlborough May 12th 1784.

13 May 1784: Ithamer Brigham appointed Administrator of the Estate of Ithamer Brigham late of Marlboro Gentleman, intestate, Deceased.

nuncupative will: The following is the Conveyence or Distribution of the whole Household furniture of Ithamer Brigham which he Disposes of in the following manner. Viz - That Parte which came by his first wife to be equally Divided between the heirs of her Body. and that Part which came by his Present wife to go to her and her children at her Decease. and the Remaining Part to be equally Divided between her and his Children and the whole of his wearing apparril to be equally Divided between his sons. Attest Elijah Brigham, Levi Fay, Jabez Rice jn'r. Marlborough March 13th 1784.

7 Sep 1813: Petition of Ithamar Brigham of Marlborough, Silas Brigham of Southborough, Abner Brigham & Abraham Brigham of Marlborough, Ithamar Brigham and Ruth Brigham singlewoman of Bridgetown in County of Cumberland, Daniel Brigham, Aaron Brigham, Henry Grigham and Nancy Brigham all of Bridgetown minors by their guardian Robert Andrews of Bridgetown showing that Ithamer Brigham late of Marlborough previous to 8 Jun 1789 died at Marlborough intestate estate distributed except that part set off to his widow; that soon after his daughter Ruth Brigham of Marlborough singlewoman died intestate and without issue, said widow lately died; allege they are entitled as follows:
Ithamer Brigham eldest son of Ithamar and sister of Ruth 2/7 + 1/35 = 11/35
Silas son of Ithamar and brother of Ruth 1/7 + 1/35 = 6/35
Abner and Abraham sons of Ithamer and half-brothers of Ruth 6/35 each
Ithamer and Ruth of Bridgetown, & Daniel, Aaron, Henry and Nancy by their guardian, children of Daniel Brigham deceased who was son of Ithamer deceased and brother of Ruth, 1/42 + 1/210 = 1/35 each
Distributed 13 Oct 1813 (Abner took 12/35 and paid heirs of Daniel)
