Husbandman ... at the Present Time Infirm as to Helth", dated 18 Apr 1752, proved 4 May 1752, names wife Ruth Packard; brothers and sisters "that is to Say to Seth Packard Robert Packard to the heirs of Mehitable West to Hannah Phillips & Zerviah Washburne". "By Brother Archibald Robenson" to be executor.
    Vol. 13, p. 217 7 Nov 1753: Account of Archabeld Robertson. Estate insolvent, commission appointed to examine claims. Lists o claims includes bonds to "Patience, Hannah, Zobiah and Esther West Children of Sam'l West by his wife Mehetable", to "Hannah Phillips, wife of Caleb Phillips", to "Zerviah Washburn wife of Benj'a Washburn", to "Seth Packard". "The four bonds last mentioned are payable in twelve months after the Decease of Israel Pakcard Father to the said Israel Dec'd without Interest ... and by reason y't Rob't Packard is bound therein with the said Israel dec'd ... allow'd but one half."
