Case 67882 Wyman, Isaac Winchendon 1854.

1 Aug 1854: Petition of Luke Hale of Wincheondon that Isaac Wyman late of Winchendon deceased 27th of July last [-sic-petition 5 days after death is unusually quick turnaround, possibly wrong date given? see death record] intestate, petition if son-in-law, he leaving no widow and only two children: wife of petitioner and Sylvia Maynard a widow, requests appointment as administrator.
5 Sep 1854: Bond of Luke Hale of Windchendon as administrator of Isaac Wyman late of Winchendon deceased.
14 Oct 1854: Inventory of Isaac Wyman late of Winchendon deceased: $602.64 by Luke Hale.
4 Dec 1855: Account of Luke Hale administrator of Isaac Wyman late of Winchendon deceased intestate, allowed. Assent by "only heirs at law": Sylva Maynard, Sophronia Hale.

  5. The Find A Grave memorial seen here misidentifies this Isaac as the subject of its gravestone, giving his parents and his birthdate. However the age of death on the gravestone gives a birth of 6 Jan 1784 which is not in good agreement, and the probate file in Worcester names the (surviving) daughters of the Isaac Wyman given in the History of Winchendon. One of the daughters from this mistaken memorial page has a death record which gives her father's birthplace as Maine (here), so he is a different Isaac Wyman.
