ISAAC and MARY ANN were pioneers to Jay Co., coming from Cincinnati,Ohio.
Having entered from the government a tract of 120 acres in Jay Co., about the
time the county was organized in 1829. HISTORY OF JAY COUNTY by Milton T. JAY
M.D. 1922.
Margaret Tullis (119), sister to Jonathan, who was born in Franklin
County, Ohio, June 13, 1831, and when eight years old, came to this county
parents, who settled in Noble Twp. Her father ISAAC TULLIS was born near
Cincinnati, Ohio, April 25, 1803, and died May 11, 1862, upon the old
homestead where he first settled.

1860 Noble Twp., census June 22nd: Isaac 58 years old, which would mean he was born in 1802....
Also, according to statement by Margaret in BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES
Isaac didn't come to Jay Co., until 1839. I believe this is a typo and that he did come in 1929...
