The household included Isaac Seaver (age 60, brush maker, $2,000 in real property, $200 in personal property, born MA), Clara Seaver (age 56, keeping house, born ME) and Charles E. The estate of Isaac Seaver of Cambridge, who died 10 July 1870, is in Middlesex County Probate Packet # 41,274 [FHL Microfilm 0,510,637]. It includes:

• A will written 15 June 1870, naming his wife Clara Seaver as executrix.

• The next of kin are listed as wife Clara and only son Charles E. Seaver.
