cos1776 Note: According to family tradition, "the father of Isaac, Jacob, and Sena Hall drowned in the Licking River at Day's Mill near Sherburne, in Fleming Co., shortly after the family moved to Kentucky from Virginia, and his wife died soon after. The orphaned children are said to have been raised in different families." Verification needed.
cos1776 Note: there is an Issac F Hall who married "Ann Smith" in Bourbon county in 1836 (see Family Page). Could this Ann Smith be a dau of John Smith, the blacksmith to whom Isaac was indentured at age 17? More research needed.
