    OBITUARY: Putnam County, Missouri. Isaac Grindstaff of Grant Township died at the house of his daughter, Mrs Emeline Portluck, south of Saint John on Monday last. His remains were taken to the Mitchell graveyard in Liberty Township, his interment, passing through this city at a very early hour Tuesday morning. Deceased was the father of William Grindstaff residing in the vicinty of West Liberty, was born July 4 1816. Been a resident of this county for many years and was a respected citizen.
