"Mari", which is also the name of another baby baptized the same day, appears to be an error.

    'Mari f 1755, Ingeborg 1755-84, g 1779 m Nils Torkelsson Stokland i Bø'

There is no evidence that there were two daughters born in 1755. There is only one entry in the parish register for 1755, and it lists only Mari. Presumably this is an error, and the name should be Ingeborg (a grandmother named Ingeborg was recently deceased). Ingeborg was married to Niels Torkelsen Støkland (engagement in late Sep 1779 in Sauherad, marriage in late Dec in Bø) and in both cases the parish register clearly identifies her as Ingeborg. Her burial record (1784) also identifies her as Ingebor[g].
