26 Nov 1795: Division of estate of Hezekiah Sprag[u]e late of Bernardston Deceased: to Rachel Sprague wid'w & Relict of Hez'h Sprague; rest divided among Asa Sprag[u]e, Jose Sprag[u]e, Phebe Sprag[u]e, Molle Sprag[u]e (later Molly Green), Betsey Sprag[u]e & Appthiah Sprag[u]e.
31 May 1832 (petition 6 Sep 1831): division of real estate which was set off to to Betsy Sprague widow of Hezekiah Sprague: to Cyrus Briggs and Asenath Briggs (having also acquired share of Phebe Byam wife Joseph Byam); to Jose Sprag[u]e (having acquired share of Affa Town wife of Elihu Town); to Mary Green. 7 Nov 1832: Assent of Jose Sprag[u]e, Cyrus Briggs, Asenanth Briggs owners of 4/6 of divided real estate. Other two owners are in Vermont and in New York "many miles distant".
