HENRY C. STARR was a well known Indianapolis (& Wayne County) criminal defense, and Prosecuting Attorney. He was admitted to the Wayne County Bar in 1886. During his remarkable career as a legal representative, he assisted many individuals and companies throughout the State. He was elected Wayne Co. Indiana Prosecutor in 1890 and was vice-president of the Chicago, Cincinnati & Louisville Railway. Mr. Starr was a director of the Dickenson Trust Company, and the First National Bank of Hagerstown. He was married to Ida May Miller, a daughter of Col. John F. Miller. She died in April, 1919. Henry C. Starr died in July, 1923.
