    Will of "Henry Smith of sudbury ... Yeoman", dated 20 Nov 1797, disallowed 18 Sep 1804 [omitted to mention six of his children in said will], names my three Eldest sons viz Thomas Smith, Ezra Smith and Thaddeus Smith; wife Lucretia Smith. Son Thomas Smith to be executor.
