The wedding date is incorrect since the wedding settlement was dated July 1523, so a previous date is impossible. Also, there is no record of a daughter Anne. The Anne Brugge who married William Reade (d.1508) of Deerhurst as his second wife was Anne the daughter of Sir Thomas Bruges or Brugge of Cobberley and his wife Florence the daughter of William Darrell. William Reade or Reede and Anne produced an heir William Reade of the Wynyerd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire who wrote a will dated 20th August 1557 (See PCC will). William was buried in Bredon, Worcestershire. This latter William was married to Katherine the daughter of Richard Rowdon who was mentioned in William's will of 1557.
