Birth date and place per Hortense, p 29-30; previous info said born at sea abt 1847. Then this date, left Òborn at sea.Ó Tom Krohn clarified in Jun 2002 - Henry born in Ding, Germany, date correct. Per Family Group Sheet from Jan Pearce, 14 Dec 1996. Death and parents. Heinrich came to US in1836 with a brother, but without his family. He sent for them in 1837. It took Caroline and boy Henry more than 3 months to get to America. Tom has Heindrich (Henry) Krohn, Jr. - I had been using Henry Krohn.
