Son of the late Harry Lowe and the late Lura Lowe. Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. Survived by wife of 62 years Lois (Towers) Lowe, two daughters; Betty (Gary) Lister and Susan (Jim) Madsen, grandchildren; Bob (Kim) Lister, Don (Katrina) Lister, Debbie (Lonnie Smearer) Lister, and Greg Madsen, Sister Mary Ann Grant, sister-in-law Elaine Bradford, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one sister. By request of Bill, there will be no visitation or funeral. Private committal service of cremated ashes will take place at a later date.
