"OBITUARY: JACKSON.
Harry S. Jackson died at his home in Newark on Sunday night [i.e. Sunday, October 4, 1903] of applexy [sic: apoplexy]. He was the son of the late "General" E. E. Jackson, of Dover, and a brother of Mrs. I. D. Condict, of Hudson street, and also a nephew of Mrs. Laura J. McCarty, of Gold street. The funeral took place on Wednesday in Newark."
