As of Oct, 2012, I have not found Harry Brokaw in the 1900 census records. A search of the West Virginia birth records for Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia has not turned up any birth record for Harry. It is surmised that the following records showing a West Virginia birth may be in error, especially considering that the 1910 census says he was born in Ohio.
