    'Hans Meyer, b. c1680. d. c1748, Upper Salford Township, Montgomery County. He was taxed on 150 acres in Salford Township in 1734. He bought 216 acres in Upper Salford next to Christian Meyer on 23 July 1729 from Casper Wister and Isaac Pennington. ... He was probably the Mennonite Hans Meyer who lived at Langenzell, Germany in 1717 (next to Christian Meyer) and 1724. He arrived in Pennsylvania between 1724 and 1728.'
