   14d 6m 1775, This meeting received a testification from the womens meeting against Hannah Wallis now Mansfield on account of going out in marriage which was read and approved and signed by the clerk - and to make the same publick this meeting appoints George Lamb at the close of a first days meeting - first giving her a sight thereof and a copy if required and report to our next and return it to be recorded.
   12d 7m 1775 The friend appointed to make the testification against Hannah Mansfield publick has not yet completed. He is still continued in that service.
   9d 9m 1775 The friend appointed to make the testification against Hanna Mansfield publick has complied and returned it to be recorded.
