Caveat: Hannah's last name is sometimes, probably erroneously, given as Hyde. Source:Ward, Andrew Henshaw. Ward Family, p. 121, gives no evidence, but merely asserts this in giving the genealogy of Longley Bartlett. Source:Hibner, Aldis Everard. Genealogy of the Descendants of Joseph Bartlett of Newton, Massachusetts for Seven Generations says, "I can find nothing to substantiate it." A query in a magazine suggests she is Hannah, d/o Jonathan Hyde and Dorothy Kidder, b. Newton 1 Apr 1677, but this is shown to be wrong by wills of her parents showing she married otherwise (see NEHGR, Vol. 71, p. 272)..
