[Note: PR6 is Source:Perley, Sidney. History of Salem, Massachusetts, which gives a genealogy of Felton, and on page 1:243 says Amos Felton m. 1776 Hannah Neal who died New Salem 21 Oct 1836 aged 94. No death record or gravestone has been located. It is disappointing that the compiler of vital records would promote a secondary source to look primary, but assuming there is some basis for Perley's authority, he also says on p. 2:123, a Hannah Neal, bp. 29 Aug 1742 is listed as the children of Robert Neale and Katherine Daland. Based on the age at death (is this a documented age at death, or is it Perley's assumption because he assumed which Hannah Neal this was?) and the naming of a child Catherine, that this is the wife of Amos. Her father died the year Hannah was born so his probate would offer no clues about who she married.]
