The former implies that she was born 1663 or earlier (to be legal age, 18 for women, in 1681 and thus marry about one year before birth), the latter implies that she was most likely born by about 1660 (so not much past 45). It appears Anna and Deborah (no birth records for either, but both named in their mother's will to prove parentage) must both be squeezed between Elizabeth (1659) and John (1664), and since Anna married first, her birth is estimated about 1660 and Deborah about 1662.
