    - Mary Humphreys is thought to be his granddaughter Mary Humphreys, d/o Thomas Humphreys & Mary Kinsey, who never married, so she would have needed this bequest. When Mary died, the Ball family took legal action to ensure that Mary's estate would go to her half-sister, Hannah Ball, rather than back to the Kinsey heirs. They succeeded.]
