Obituary from Middletown Times-Herald, March 29, 1955 Mrs. William Cordier

Mrs. Mae Cordier, wife of William Cordier of RD one, Bloomingburg, died yesterday at Horton Hospital after a long illness. Born in Neversink, August 14, 1887, she was the daughter of Melvin and Josephine Baker Baker. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Oscar , of Fair Oaks; a daughter, Mrs. Walter Lowerre also of Fair Oaks; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. W. Stanley Risch at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Carey Funeral Home, and burial will be in the Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery. Friends may call this evening at the funeral home.
