"She was born in 1768, Tellico Plains, Monroe Co, Tennessee, she died 27 Apr 1818 in Blue Springs, Roane Co, Tennessee. Buried In Anglers Cove, Roane Co, Tennessee, USA. Her father was Chief Taltsuska Chuqualatague Doublehead and her mother was Creat Drags Blanket Doublehead Prieber 1757-1790, (half German and half Cherokee) daughter of Christian Gottlieb Priber and Clogoittah Moytoy."
On this memorial when I received the transfer:
"Gulustiyu said to be full blood Cherokee but her Mother was half German, making her three fourths Cherokee"
"GU LU STI YU DOUBLEHEAD, b. 1768; d. 1818, Blue Springs, Bradley County, Tennessee.."
**Other possible death year: 1819
**Blue Springs is listed in both Roane and Bradley Counties. Not sure which is correct.
