Personal History

Gilbert was most likely a student at Cleveland Law School, which taught out of the American Trust Building in Public Square, downtown Cleveland.[5]

When he registered for the WWI draft, he was a lawyer working in the American Trust Building in Cleveland, Ohio. He was living at 17469 _____ Ave in Lakewood/Cleveland, and was married to Edith.
