He may be the "Georg Mich. Woolfang" who immigrated with his parents (Johannes and Elizabeth Woolfang) and his brother Johannes Woolfang on the St. Andrew Galley, from Rotterdam, arriving in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Sep 1734, but according to a website maintained by the Moravian Church in North America[3], Moravians (as a group) first immigrated to Georgia in 1735, and did not establish a permanent settlement in Pennsylvania until 1741.

There appears to have been more than one Wilfong/Wildfang/Wildfong family in North America, not necessarily related to one another. Several compilers have consolidated information about two or more distinct individuals into a single record, leading to significant confusion about this family. The information in Ezra Eby might not be fully correct, but it likely has fewer errors than some amateur genealogies.
