WARE, SR., HANNIBAL TRUCK DRIVER George J , Ware Sr., 62, of Rte. 104 W,, Hannibal, died Thursday, Nov. 1, at Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton, after becoming ill at his home. A native of Palermo, Mr. Ware lived in Hannibal since 1955. He was a truck driver for two years with Barr Transportation in Auburn and previously was employed 10 years with Collins & Simmons Transportation in Wolcott. Mr. Ware also was employed 14 years with Sealright Corp., Fulton. Mr. Ware was a member of Local 317, Teamsters Union. An Army veteran of the Korean War, Mr. Ware was a member of Prior Stock Post 1552, American Legion. Surviving are his wife, the former Barbara J . ; two sons, George J . Jr., and Dennis L., both of Hannibal; two brothers, Edward C. of Cicero and William T. of Fulton; a sister, Mary Dolbear of Clearwater, FL; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Sunday, Nov. 4, at Foster Funeral Home, the Reverend Robert R. Hooper officiating. Burial was in Fairdale Cemetery. References
