    In the name of God amen I Georg Waby of Watton at Stone Butcher being sick in body but of sound & p[er]fect memorie thankes bee given to Almighty God Do ordayne and make this my last Will and Testament as in forme and manner followeth First I bequeath my Soule unto God that gave it and my body after death to be committeed to the earth in true and certen hope of resurrection to Eternell Lyfe at the last day through Jesus Christ my only saviour and redeemer
    Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Son Nicholas Waby the full Sume of iilb of current money of England to be payed unto him by my Executrice within six monthes next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Martha Waby my Grandchild the sume of xxs to bee delivered unto her at the age of xxi yeares Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Waby my Grandchild the Sume of xs to bee delivered unto her at the Age of xxi years
    Item I give and bequeath unto Luce Waby my wyfe two Acres one Roode and an halfe of Land be it more or less lying and being in a Common field called Lamsden in the p[ar]ish of Aston and Countie of Heartf[or]d to have and to hold possess and injoye during her naturall lyffe And after her decease I doe further will and bequeath the same two Acres of land one Roode and halfe lying in lamsdin a fore say[e]d unto Elizabeth Waby my Eldest daughter and to her heyres for ever for and in consideration of the Sume of five pounds bequeathed unto her by the last will and Testament of one Thomas Hill of Polswalden deceased
    Item I will and bequeath unto the above named Luce Waby my wyfe all that my Two acres of land bee it more or less lying and being in a Common feild called Headon in the p[ar]ish of Aston aforesaid to have and to hold possess and enjoy during her natural lyfe And after her decease I doe farther Will and bequeath the say[e]d two Acres of land be it more or less lying in Headon aforesay[e]d unto Luce Waby my youngest daughter and to her heyres for ever
    The residue of all my goods and chattells unbequeathed I give and bequeath unto the above named Luce Waby my wyfe whome I do ordayne and make my sole Exeuctrice and in wittness hereof I have putt to my hand and seale the day and year above written
